Support Central's Task Manager Reaches Version 3.0 With Recent Launch
Task Manager v3.0 was released recently in the continued enhancement process of this
application in the Support Central suite of products. Task Manager is an issue resolution
utility designed to provide features such as:
- issue definition
- issue assessment
- resource assignment
- life-cycle communication logging
- much more
The new version of the Task Manager features a completely rebuilt back-end system
designed for the .NET operating environment. The new Task Manager also features integration
with our recently released custom authentication engine. User's of Task Manager
3.0 will notice a dramatically more advanced work-flow for issues entered into the system,
as well as improved searching and task management capabilities. Shortcuts have been created
to provide simple access to all your tasks, your tasks by project, or to filter your
tasks by different criteria.
